Fees, rebates, and appointment information

The Australian Psychological Society recommended hourly fee for psychologists in 2025-2026 is $318. Our standard fees are between $215-$270 per consultation hour.

Medicare rebates are available for psychological treatment of eligible mental health conditions with psychologists. You will be able to claim a large proportion of your fees from Medicare if your doctor assesses you to be eligible for psychological services under Medicare, and if you have a referral with a care plan from your GP. If you have a GP plan, Medicare will reimburse $145.25 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. We can process your Medicare rebate at the same time as your payment, so that it is back in your account as soon as possible- typically this is under 24 hours.

Alternatively, a proportion of your fees may be redeemable from your private health insurance, depending on your health plan.

Initial naturopathic appointments are typically 60-75 minutes long. During your initial appointment I will aim to gain a detailed understanding of your past and current health history and gain insight into your personal health goals which is important so treatment can be tailored to help you achieve those goals.

Initial massage therapy appointments are typically 60-75 minutes long with a detailed medical and health history taken. Subsequent appointments can be booked by 30 minute, 60 minute, 75 minute, 90 min or 120 minute sessions.

At your initial appointment, you will be encouraged to bring any medical reports, diagnostic scans, referral letters or any other information you feel will be relevant in treatment.
